Written By: happycamper

Get ready to spread some Thanksgiving cheer with adorable turkey crafts! Whether you’re preparing for a holiday feast or just looking to create some fun fall decorations, these turkey crafts are perfect for kids of all ages.

Grab some glue, colorful paper, and a pinch of creativity to get started with these Thanksgiving turkey crafts for kids.

Handprint Turkey

What You’ll Need: Colored construction paper (brown, red, orange, yellow, and any colors for feathers!), scissors, glue, markers or crayons. Optional: magnets

How to Make It: Trace your hand on the brown construction paper to make the turkey’s body and cut it out. Cut feathers from different colors of paper to add around the handprint. Glue them in place to make your turkey’s tail! Use orange paper to cut a beak and red for a little “wattle” (the part that hangs down). Glue on a googly eye or draw one with a marker. Add feet at the bottom, and you’ve got your handprint turkey!

Tip: Make a family of turkeys by tracing everyone’s hands! Add magnets to the back if you want to display them on the refrigerator.
