Play upbeat party music and remove chairs each round.

Balloon Pop Countdown

Write fun tasks (like “dance for 30 seconds” or “tell a joke”) on slips of paper, roll them up, and place them inside balloons. Inflate the balloons and let kids pop one every hour to reveal their challenge!

New Year’s Bingo

Create simple bingo cards with New Year-themed images (like clocks, fireworks, party hats, or balloons). Use candies or small toys as markers, and give a small prize for completing a row.

Glow Stick Dance Party

Hand out glow sticks, dim the lights, and let the kids have a mini dance party! This is a great way for them to burn off energy while having a blast. Let the kids make their own playlist ahead of time!

Freeze Dance

Play music and have the kids dance; when the music stops, they must freeze in place. Anyone who moves during the freeze is out—or just let everyone keep playing for maximum fun. Have silly prizes for the winners.
