A cheerful craft to brighten up any wall or door.
What you’ll need: Paper plates (small and large), cotton balls, black and orange construction paper, colorful construction paper, buttons, glue, and markers.
How to make it: Glue a small paper plate to a large one to create the snowman’s body. Cover both plates with cotton balls to give a fluffy, snowy look. Cut out a hat, eyes, and buttons from black paper and a carrot nose from orange paper. Alternatively, you can use real buttons. Glue them onto the snowman, and add a smile with markers. Use additional construction paper for accessories like hats and scarves
Turn your home into a winter wonderland!
What you’ll need: Popsicle sticks, white paint or markers, glitter, glue, and ribbon.
How to make it: Glue three popsicle sticks together in a snowflake shape. Paint them white and add glitter for some icy shimmer. Attach a loop of ribbon to the back, and you have a handmade ornament to hang on the tree or on the wall.
Handmade cards are always the most special.
What you’ll need: Blank cards or card stock, washable paint, and markers.
How to make it: Dip fingers in paint and stamp them onto the card to create shapes like trees, reindeer, or lights. Once the paint dries, use markers to add details, such as strings for the lights or antlers for the reindeer. Write a holiday message inside and share the joy!
An easy and colorful craft for little hands.
What you’ll need: Red and white beads and pipe cleaners.
How to make it: Cut pipe cleaners into 6-inch lengths. String red and white beads onto the pipe cleaner, alternating colors to create a candy cane pattern. Once it’s filled, bend the top into a hook shape. These ornaments make wonderful tree decorations or stocking stuffers.
