School is back, and we’ve got some tasty lunch recommendations ahead for you! Get creative and make different combos of proteins and veggies to keep your kids energized all day long. School is easier to tackle with a good lunch!
Slice up your favorite vegetables like cucumber, celery, carrots and bell peppers. Then pair with a homemade hummus dip for a nutrition-packed meal.
A hard-boiled egg is a great protein source, and the fruit makes a nice pairing. Apple slices, grapes, and berries are all great choices.
Greens, chopped chicken, and veggies make this salad easy! You can throw in any veggies you find in your refrigerator. Top with seeds or your favorite spices and olive oil.
This dish is a little sweet and a little savory. Put some cottage cheese in a container and top with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
Greek yogurt is healthy and packs some protein. Add some granola and fresh berries. Pack some veggies on the side.
Spread cream cheese on a tortilla and layer turkey on top. Then roll up the tortilla and slice into small bite-sized sections. Pair with some cherry tomatoes.
Prepare tuna fish the way you enjoy it, and pair with crackers and cubes of cheese.
