Hey guys. I'm Larry with Happy Camper Live. I'm your hip hop Happy Camper guru. In this lesson, we’re going to learn Popping. Let’s do this!Here’s what you need to know about Popping. A Pop is where you flex your muscles to the beat of the music. Get those guns up, flex as hard as you can, then relax. Try that a couple times; That's a Pop. It's like taking your muscles from 0-100 and back again. Try one arm at a time.One of the Popping dances you can do to practice and work on your technique is called a Fresno. In a Fresno, you hold out one arm, flex it twice then drop it. Then switch sides. You can put the arms anywhere you want. They don't have to be out front. There you have it, you just learned how to Pop. I'm out!
