Hi campers! It's Rachel here for Happy Camper Live. My friends Sara, Louise, Lindsey and I are going to show you one of our favorite camp cheers-the Telephone Cheer. Start with one of your friends and say “Hey Sara” and Sara responds: “Someone's calling my name.” Like this:“Hey Sara!Someone’s calling my name.”Next, you repeat-“Hey Sara!” Then Sara responds with: “I think I hear it again.” Like this:“Hey Sara. Someone’s calling my name.Hey Sara. I think I hear it again!”Now, you everyone says together: “You're wanted on the telephone!” Then hold out your hand like a telephone to your friend. Try it from the beginning.“Hey Sara!Someone’s calling my name!Hey Sara!I think I hear it again!You're wanted on the telephone.”Now Sara is going to pass it on to someone else-Let’s try it with Louise. Sara's going to say “If it isn't Louise, I'm not home.” Try it from the beginning.“Hey Sara!Someone’s calling my name!Hey Sara!I think I hear it again!You're wanted on the telephone.If it isn't Louise, I'm not home.”That's the first verse. Now try it with the next friend:“Hey Louise!Someone’s calling my name!Hey Louise!I think I hear it again!You're wanted on the telephone.If it isn't Lindsey, I'm not home.”Then continue on to another friend after that:“Hey Lindsey!Someone’s calling my name! Hey Lindsey!I think I hear it again!You're wanted on the telephone.If it isn't Rachel, I'm not home.”Eventually it comes all the way back to you again, and you join in:“Hey Rachel! Someone’s calling my name!Hey Rachel! I think I hear it again! You're wanted on the telephone. If it isn't you, I'm not home.”That's the telephone cheer. I hope you guys enjoyed it!
